ClairInsights / Listing optimization

Amazon listing optimization, grounded in your data.

Build product pages that are easier to find, clearer to understand and better aligned with what customers actually receive. Check the whole listing, understand every score and focus on the improvements that matter.

ClairInsights listing optimization combines automated content and image checks with AI analysis of Amazon requirements, search visibility, shopper questions, returns and customer feedback. It turns the available evidence into explained scores and prioritized recommendations for your listings.

01 / The full picture

A complete view of the listing. A clear reason for every change.

A strong product page needs more than polished copy. ClairInsights checks whether its parts work together, using the product facts, marketplace context and customer signals available for your account.

Content that answers the buying questions

Review titles, bullet points, descriptions, search terms and available A+ content. Find missing specifications, unclear benefits, contradictions and unanswered questions about fit, compatibility or what is included.

Images that help customers choose

Assess the main image and gallery for clarity, product visibility and potential policy issues. Check whether the images explain important details and support the claims made in the text.

Amazon rules, search and Rufus readiness

Combine rule-based checks with AI review of content quality, keyword relevance and category-specific shopper questions. Identify content that needs attention for Amazon findability and AI-assisted shopping.

Real feedback and commercial context

Connect review themes and return reasons with the promises on the page. Read listing findings alongside sales and other business signals to decide which issues deserve attention first.

02 / The assessment

Eight dimensions. One deeper listing check.

Go beyond a single score. See where a listing is strong, where it needs work and what evidence supports the assessment.

Amazon rules & indexability
Flag issues such as title problems, prohibited wording and content risks that may affect listing eligibility.
Search visibility & SEO
Check keyword relevance, discoverability and how clearly the content describes the product, using available search evidence.
Rufus readiness
Test whether the listing answers the category-specific questions shoppers are likely to ask an AI shopping assistant.
Conversion clarity
Find missing details and confusing wording that make it harder for a shopper to choose confidently.
Image quality
Review distinct product images for quality, clarity, coverage and consistency with the listing.
Localization
Check language, marketplace fit and inconsistencies across the available localized content.
Customer feedback alignment
Identify gaps between the listing’s promises and what customers describe in reviews and returns.
Trust & supported claims
Spot contradictions and claims that need stronger support from the available product evidence.

Assessed dimensions receive scores from 0–100, with explanations, confidence and coverage. Missing evidence is shown as a gap, rather than counted as a poor score. These are ClairInsights assessments, not scores issued by Amazon or guarantees of ranking, approval or sales.

03 / One example

From a hidden mismatch to a specific improvement.

Sizing is one example. The same assessment can uncover an unanswered compatibility question, an unsupported claim, an unclear image or missing product information.

What should we improve on this listing?

Returns are up for the Everyday Cotton T-Shirt. Customers say size S fits too large, but the listing promises a normal fit. Make the sizing guidance more specific.

Why this change?

Return reasons and sizing feedback point to a gap between the product and the expectation set by the bullet. Check the garment measurements and size chart before approving the wording, then monitor returns after the change.

04 / How it works

From the full picture to the next edit.

  1. Connect the available evidence

Bring listing content, catalog details, images, A+ content and available feedback together by account, marketplace and product. Source availability depends on your permissions and the data Amazon provides.

  2. Run an in-depth assessment

Automated checks and AI review evaluate listing quality, search relevance, shopper questions and consistency. The assessment keeps unsupported claims and missing evidence visible.

  3. Prioritize and prepare improvements

Review explained scores, specific issues, recommended fixes and the team best placed to act. Keep proposed listing changes in editable drafts with a version history.

  4. Review, apply and reassess

Verify product facts before using new content. Apply approved changes through your current Amazon workflow and request a fresh check to see what still needs attention.

Amazon listing optimization, explained.

What does ClairInsights check in an Amazon listing?
ClairInsights checks available titles, bullets, descriptions, search terms, images and A+ content across eight dimensions: Amazon rules and indexability, search visibility, Rufus readiness, conversion clarity, image quality, localization, customer feedback alignment and supported claims.
How do returns and customer feedback improve listing recommendations?
Feedback and return reasons help identify where customer expectations differ from the product or the listing. ClairInsights connects those signals to specific content issues, such as unclear sizing or compatibility, and recommends what to clarify. It also distinguishes listing-fixable problems from issues that may need a product or operational change.
How does the listing score work?
Assessed dimensions receive a score from 0–100. The overall score uses assessed dimensions, while confidence and coverage show how much evidence supports the result. Missing or unavailable evidence is identified separately and is not automatically treated as a listing defect.
What does Rufus readiness mean?
ClairInsights generates category-specific shopper questions and checks whether the available listing content answers them clearly, with supporting evidence. This helps you improve content for AI-assisted shopping. It does not measure Amazon’s internal systems or guarantee that Rufus will recommend a product.
Can ClairInsights update my Amazon listings automatically?
Automated listing checks and prioritized recommendations are available, along with editable listing update drafts. Direct publishing to Amazon is not yet available. Review product facts and apply approved edits through your existing Amazon workflow.
Does a higher listing score guarantee more sales or fewer returns?
No. Scores help identify content weaknesses and prioritize improvements. Sales and returns also depend on the product, price, demand, advertising and fulfillment. Monitor actual performance after making changes.
